To permanently delete a Dropbox Basic, Plus, Professional, or Essentials account:
- Log in to dropbox.com.
- Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- At the bottom of the General tab, click Delete account. Note: If you have an active subscription, you'll be prompted to cancel it in order to delete the account.
