网页2004年11月23日 · Sometimes it pays to be careful in what plants you use according to the size of the tank. Many swords are just not appropriate for say a 10gal, because they just get too tall for the tank, so you can limit your selections based on how tall the plant is likely to grow. I've never had a tank tall enough for any jungle val, though, lol!

It is hard to clean and tend plants because I have trouble reaching the substrate. I don't know why but I also have cloudy water issues with that tank a lot. Maybe the AC HOB can’t filter that deep a tank.

My Ammonia was high, so I did a 90 percent water change. This is for my Betta tanks. The ammonia is not as high. but it's 0.25 with the liquid test kit, and after, a big water change.
