My pest professional (Deans) has been most cooperative and treated three times within three weeks, so I have to believe them when they say it's very difficult to permanently rid the place of them.

I’d start by finding out if it’s one area/room that they’re getting in by or numerous rooms. Once you’ve narrowed down the room, check for the holes.
