WEBJul 5, 2023 · I've had an Islander field watch for 1.5 years. With my limited experience it seems very well made. It is solid and nice to look at. It's my favorite watch to wear. I recently regulated it and have it running accurately. I recommend Long Island watches. David McCay, PennyTheDog, tommy_boy and 1 other person.

And he sells Islanders for much less than it would cost to buy and mod a Seiko. They're darn good watches, for what they are, at a very fair price.

I will say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this watch. The fit and finish on it is great, even better than my Oris I have owned over the years. It feels SOLID. My favorite part is the watch is quiet.

It looked nearly identical to Strapcode/Miltat and I wouldn't be surprised if they were made in the same factory.

I comes on a pretty nice strap. Overall the watch wears well on the wrist, has micro-adjustment holes, and ca Abe adjusted to meet pretty much anyones needs.
