网页2022年5月19日 · This also applies to non-Kanto mons, so for example if you have Treecko but no National Dex, it won't be able to evolve. Cause it can evolve and Crobat data is in the game. Nintendo just didn’t make a code to prevent evolution before the National Dex and instead teased people.
