Using webmail there aren't any settings you can change or modify; you would have to use an email client to set up POP3 or IMAP. FWIW, you don't pay extra for Comcast/Xfinity email services. If you don't see it as a line item it's just something Comcast/Xfinity gives you for free.

I finally got through to someone and they said they couldn't help but they would have someone call me. Surprise surprise no one ever called back.
