Fix problems with your Google TV device
Step 1: Check your Wi-Fi connection. Check the Wi-Fi settings on your TV. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on and that you’re connected to the right network. If your router has multiple network bands, check that you’re also connected to the correct band. Tip: You can only use secure Wi-Fi networks, like WEP, WPA-PSK, and WPA2-PSK.
