Founded in 1925 by the Fischer family, Mount Emblem Cemetery occupies approximately 90 acres in Elmhurst. With beautiful grounds, a lake and windmill, we provide a peaceful and serene setting surrounded by large trees and lilac bushes. Adorned with both flush-to-the-ground and upright monuments, Mount Emblem Cemetery offers a staff with Spanish-speaking abilities and a special Veterans' section which features a Wall of Honor. Built in 1932, our Tudor Gothic Style Administrative building and Hope, Faith & Charity marble statuary also add to the appeal of the park.
