Yes, it can. Park in Bewdley and walk up the river until you get to where the Dowles brook meets the river. Walk by the side of the brook until you meet the road, turn right and cross the road, after 50 yards turn left and a few metres climb gets you onto the old railway line, walk along it and you will come to the car park
